COUNSELING & PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
"To be the right companion" is our motto while guiding
the students. Everybody including the children, is talented one way or the other. While academics is a
prime concern, developing talents of individual students is also of paramount importance. The purpose
is their excellence in life and career, thinking on a broader perspective. We have defined measurable
and qualitative techniques to mould each participant student to their most optimum operational
intelligence. Not necessary to mention, we give equal importance to imparting "moral values" to the
students.
We do thrust on the PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT of
individual students. Personality Development is definitely a person oriented exercise. We use the forum
for polishing the inherent traits and talents of the students and appraise them of the need of
developed traits such as communication & presentation skills, importance of time management,
prioritization of tasks, importance of decision making at the apt time, the true essence of professionalism,
how to deal with adversities and apparent failures (the so called failures are part and parcel and one
needs to face it with courage and learn a lesson out of it rather than getting disheartened - as the
saying goes "failures are ladders to success in due course"). Simply, we make our students tough enough
to stand straight against adversities and confidently charge ahead when the time is favoring. We want
our students to make their parents proud of them.
Learning Center Students
It should be appreciated that our academics is primarily
theory-centric and lacks practical exposure. Neither the students nor their guides are able to provide
them with practical wisdom connected to their stream of studies. There also is a wide gap between
"being a student - and - being an employee after the studies". We simply organize workshops and programmes
to bridge this gap and provide them with the practical experience while undergoing their learning center
studies itself. We not only conduct orientations, but take them through the practicals as well.
The programme focuses on
Management is the most tricky but the most easy affair.
Getting things done in the most professional way at the right time with the right cost involvement is
what is sought out by the best of employers. India is surging ahead with a great expectation to be a
global industrial and service player and by 2010 India is supposed to be one of the reckoned service
and materials outsourcing global partner!
Management students should definitely focus not only on the domestic scenario (it is important though)
but the global aspects too. Finally, Management is not an individual separate subject
(like HR/Finance/Marketing/Operations etc). What the industry looks forward is the collective look at
it with a specialized mind by the respective professionals.
There is a dilemma among the fresh graduates/professionals
as to what opening one should opt for - the stream of profession, the nature of the industry, the status
of the prospective employer or even whether one can opt to start an enterprise. Many a times, the parents
and the teachers find it difficult to guide the fresh job-seekers in this regard. Frankly speaking, the
initial one or two years is an investment for anyone to be on a growing professional ladder for the rest
of the career. And the line of activity, nature of the industry as also the status of the company in the
national/international market are all important along with the working atmosphere and the pay pack offered.
COMPUTER COURSES
Computer knowledge is a must for each and every student
irrespective of the course they are into. The present industry demands every candidate to be computer
savvy. So we have designed various computer courses which will impart the necessary computer education
for our students following up different courses at the degree or the masters level.
