Apart from the class room teaching which is done by the expert faculties of SAMS, whose details you will find in the Faculties menu here, the classes which are going on in the university is live telecasted to our learning center by means of VSAT technology, where a student can attend a lecture being present here at our learning center using a computer, the teacher being at Manipal and the students can even interact with the faculty by means of this technology.

If you miss a class you can always ask for a CD which has the video recorded versions of all the classes. So with the present day technology you can study at your own pace. Time, place, and distance is not a hindrance for your pursuit of knowledge.

When you are studying at SAMS you will not have to purchase books as the university provides study materials which will help you to achieve your goal successfully. The study materials are not the regular books that are available in the market but are carefully designed by the university professors with an eye to the university examination and syllabus. If you are only looking forward for just a degree then these materials are enough for you to achieve the same but if you are looking for more knowledge then you will have to read the reference books mentioned in these study materials which are again available in our library.
