Objectives :

• To attract students who have either completed a post graduate program in general management, or may wish to specialize further, foloowing completion of an MBA.



• To open up more career opportunities to these students.
• To give students the options of studying further, while on the job.
• To provide in depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the area of specialization.

Eligibility: An MBA degree from a recognised University, or an equivalent of two year Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from AICTE approved institution.

Students who have completed the SMU MBA degree in the past are also eligible to pursue this program, should they wish to acquirea post graduate diploma qualification in an added area of specialization.

Minimum duration: 1 year (2 semesters)
Maximum duration: 2 years.

Program Structure

* The project will be done in the area of specialization and should be a live projecton an ongoing problem faced by an organization, under a company guide. It will commence in Semester I and will be completed in Semester II. Evaluation will be conducted in Semester II.
