Admission process for Indian students:

The students are required to go through the course details and the eligibility criteria provided along with each course in this website. In case of any queries feel free to approach our academic counselors personally or through e-mails through the "enquiry" page in this website.

Application forms and brochures can be obtained in person from the learning center office by paying the application fees of Rs.300/-. Alternatively, the same can be couriered to the students upon receiving a formal request and a DD of Rs.300/- in favour of " Sikkim Manipal University, DE", payable at Manipal/ Udupi. To apply for a particular course, please complete the enclosed application form and submit it along with the DD for the prescribed fee structure for that course and the attested photocopies of required documents.

Applicants eligibility for the course applied would be checked and the students will be informed .The selected students are required to meet the Principal for a personal interview. Candidates who are selected for admission would be asked to present original transcripts and other relevant documents for verification and pay the required course fees and hostel fees, if the students wants to stay at our hostel.

Documents required:

1. Photocopies of Marks statements (the details will be made available to you through mail or in person)

2. TWO recent passport size photographs and TWO recent stamp size photographs

3. ONE DD – which includes the course fees and the application fees

Foreign students

Admission process for foreign students:

The students are required to go through the course details and the eligibility criteria provided along with each couse in this website. In case of any queries feel free to approach our academic councellors personally or through e-mails through the "Enquiry" page in this website.

Application forms and brochures can be obtained in person from the learning center office. Alternatively, the same can be couriered or mailed to the students upon receiving a formal request. To apply for a particular course , the students are required to submit necessary documents to the learning center.

Applicants eligibility for the course applied would be checked and the students will be informed. The students will have to provide the following documents at the time of admission.

Documents required:

1. Photocopies of Marks statements (the details will be made available to you through mail or in person 2 recent passport size photographs and 2 recent stamp size photographs

2. Photocopy of all pages of passport , Visa

3. TWO recent passport size photographs and TWO recent stamp size photographs 4. Photo copy of Residential Permit (RP)

5. Photocopy of Bonafide letter from the institute in which they are studying at present

6. Photocopy of ID card of the present institute

All the above documents must be attested by gazetted officers or Notary Public or Principal of College/Polytechnic under the university System / Directorate of Technical Education or Head of the Institution from which the student passed the eligibility criteria.

Upon reporting to our learning center at Bangalore, Karnataka, INDIA, we will assist you through the process of Registration, Enrollment and familiarization with the University and learning center.
